"Xino Xano is our spring/summer seasonal release. We use a traditional no boil Berliner Weisse brewing method, 50% organic Belgian malted barley, 25% Belgian malted wheat, 25% Spanish flaked wheat, co-fermentation with our house yeast and lactic acid bacteria, then finished with a big dry hop addition (variety varies). Tart, tropical and refreshing, it's perfect for quenching your thirst. Best drunk after a long cycle or at the beach overlooking the sea!"

The region of Lorraine is famous for it, which is why we decided to buy handpicked biologically grown fruit from there. After a semi-carbonic maceration of 2 months, we added the 1 to 3 year old lambic to the fruit. After refermentation was done, we took the mirabelle lambic, backblended with some more young lambic and bottle the final blend pure without any additions."

This blend contains 50% of our favorite apple variety: Pomme d'Or, giving backbone and astringency to final result. The latter two ciders add complex vinous notes, while also giving the balance this cider deserves. During our holiday last year in the south of France, we took home some of the best apricots and peaches we ever came across. After macerating them on the different lambics, we aged the beer for a couple more months. A few days prior to botteling we added fenugreek herb to it. This herb imparts a specific herbal and curry-like character. Interestingly, fenugreek powder can be used to fight mildew in the vineyard.")

However we still had 2 barrels we made back in 2022. In the year after that we blended the wine with skins of our beloved Gorsem cherries. After 1 year of ageing, we decided to bottle it and leave them for another year. A sparkling fruit pet nat if you will, with aside from rhubarb and cherry, notes of roses, almond and cinammon.") and Mira d'Or Omija ("A lambic blend containing 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic from 5 different breweries. To make this blend as accessible as possible, we started by making a 100% red beetroot wine one year ago. We then went looking for the perfect barrels of cider to accompany this beetroot wine with it. The final result has a wicked red/purple color & a nice fizz. It boasts red beetroot, cassis and wine.") and Mira d'Or Vanilla ("A lambic blend containing 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic from 5 different breweries. Gluten-Free IPA. "Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread."

"This beer is a tribute to two great American beers which are named after historical figures from Ancient Rome: Pliny the Elder (an author, naturalist and natural philosopher) and Pliny the Younger (a lawyer, author and magistrate). What remains a lesser-known fact is that the two Plinys were actually uncle and nephew, so it seemed of the utmost importance to create Pliny the Oncle and tell the rest of the story. Oncle means "uncle" in Catalan."
