Galea The Black Pope...
€9.75"Strong coffee aroma, we choosed this specific coffee for its sourness. It gives some beautifull notes of raspberry, red berries, strawberries, hazelnuts, butter and citrus. We aged this beer for 1 year on 2 Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels and 1 Whiskey Sauterne Barrel. After 10 months of aging we added 2kg fresh roasted coffee beans (By Crossroast in Antwerp) and 15 Vanillabeans in each barrel. After 2 more months we blended the barrels together and added some more vanillabeans. Result is a very complex coffee stout. Lots of barrel notes, a crisp sourness of the coffee that gives the beer a high drinkability." BBD is 24/12/2024

Perennial Then you roast...
€10.50"Then you Roast the Mallow is an imperial stout brewed with graham crackers in the mash and lactose, brown sugar and marshmallow fluff in the kettle and boiled for multiple hours. Post fermentation we steeped the finished beer on graham crackers, marshmallow and cocoa nibs which lend to the overall sweetness, but impart flavors of baker's chocolate and roasted liquid marshmallow. Drinking this beer reminds us of backyard baseball games, summertime pool visits, and Benny the Jet Rodriguez. " best before 04/09/2022

€32.00100% Gelber Muskateller. "Method: After a maceration on full cluster for a few hours, the grapes were pressed and then completely transferred to a stainless steel tank. There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp."
