Vault City Triple Fruited...
€3.49"Triple Fruited Mango at 4.8% packs a punch! Our best-selling sour since its inception in 2022 is getting a revamp, and this sessionable new ABV brings our mango sour in line with our other core range offerings like Strawberry Sundae and Cloudy Lemonade. Juicy, fresh and rich - this tropical adventure serves a triple helping of alphonso mango, paired with our mouth-watering mixed fermentation base beer."

Unseen Pachanero
€3.45: 3"A caliente Berliner Weisse straight from the Andes to the Yucatán. Fermented with Philly Sour for that soft pear and stone fruit profile, this sour gets a serious citrus boost with a generous dose of lime juice mid-fermentation. The twist? A touch of fresh habanero chili — fruity, fragrant, and gently warming, never overpowering. It’s a perfect balance: lactic freshness up front, tropical depth in the middle, and a slow, satisfying heat at the end. Sip it cold, feel the sunshine, and let Señor Habanero dance on your tongue."

Métaphore Here and Now:...
€29.85"A blended, coolshipped spontaneously fermented beer, aged in oak barrels for one, two, and three years, married with locally grown Bergeron apricots. The resulting blend was deliberately built on beers from barrels with lower original gravity for a delightfully drinkable experience. A pure expression of local fruit and summer's abundance in a bottle, truly reflecting the local andscape and the passage of time through her. Refined, very balanced, aromatic, fruity."

€5.97"Sour - Smoothie / Pastry - Straight out the oven and into the glass. Brewed in collaboration with Babyface Baker, the Edinburgh bakery known for its tasty treats, and crafted using fresh cuts from their bakes. Bright, tart blueberries layered over soft, doughy sweet bun flavours. Rich maple syrup sweetness, finished with a smooth vanilla glaze icing. Jammy, fruity and irresistibly glazed. Some beers bun-long together (see what we did there). Blend Blueberry Maple Glaze Bun with Lemon Meringue Ice Bun to create the ultimate bun duo."

Mills Aceh
€23.98"Our second time releasing a coffee beer after our first foray in 2024's Angucho. Aceh is a single barrel bottling of golden beer, brewed in November 2022. The wort was made using a turbid mash, including an inadvisable quantity of caramelised barley malt and aged hops. We initially set about selecting a coffee that we thought would best marry with our beer, before delving into the barrels to find its partner. After extensive tasting round the cellar, a barrel was selected to complement the addition of an Indonesian coffee from the Aceh region of north Sumatra, made using an anaerobic honey fermentation process"
