"US style NEIPA 7%. Golden Promise base with oats. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and YCH 301 Cryo Mosaic. Straw coloured, unfiltered, creamy body with a low bitterness. And naturally, when it comes to our somewhat arbitrary bird logic, the bigger the bird, the bigger the dry-hop, and at 20 grams a litre the tropical fruit aroma is truly pungent."

"New England style. Golden promise, premium English caramalt, oats, wheat, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot. It’s a darker, sweeter iteration with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, pine resin and and a subtle hint of eucalyptus from the Ekuanot."

"New England DIPA. Extra pale base, oats, wheat, generous dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. light in colour, full bodied, low bitterness and brimming with tropical fruit flavours."

"TASTE: Mildly sweet, gentle bitterness, mild lingering sweetness, subtle lingering bitterness.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium body, mildly warming, moderate carbonation, not astringent and moderately mouthwatering.
OVERALL: US NEIPA Style with Hallertau Blanc 5.9% Malt: Simpsons GP, GNO & Torrified Wheat & Crisp Flaked Oats Hops: YCH Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Hallertau Blance Yeast: 067"

"BEHIND THIS BEER
While sampling stouts from our barrel storage, we came across a handful of bourbon barrels that were perfectly ripe for the picking. Full of the expected aromas of rich chocolate fudge, sweet vanilla, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, warming whiskey and umami notes, but with a very distinct coconut aroma topping it all off. We decided to amplify this coconut vibe just a touch without overshadowing the original character of both the barrel aging and the stout itself.

TASTING NOTES
Rich, velvety, boozy, chocolate fudge, warm vanilla, hint of dark miso and toasted coconut.

INGREDIENTS
Golden Promise, Brown malt, Chocolate malt, Premium English Caramalt, Crystal T50, Golden Naked Oats, Roasted Barley, Special W, brown sugar, Ekuanot, coconut"
