"Keep on moving 2020 is 5,5% alc made with 100% organic Belgian pilsner malt and fermented with lees from our 2019 wines, Moscatell and Trepat. We did a no boil berliner weisse style base as with Xino Xano and with the lees fermented warm till primary fermentation was complete and conditioned in stainless steel a further 2 months before priming with our house yeast and organic sugar for refermentation in bottle and kegs. Balanced acidity and subtle notes of wine make this a beautiful and refreshing beverage to drink alone or pair with food."
