"Ciidre Bouché is created using the traditional method of the Pays d'Auge. Full of fruit and freshness, the taste reveals the aromas of apples and citrus with finesse ("cidre bouché" is a generic term for traditional cider, literally "cider under cork")." Made with organic apples.

NITRO "Breakfast stout with a gentle touch of smoke, coffee and chocolate. Broken Dream is deep and complex. She lurks in your imagination. Spontaneous fermented, coolshipped and aged in wooden barrels and matureed with Barbera grapes.

Belgian IPA. "Bitter is Better". Brewed with organic ingredients.

"Farmhouse base beer aged for six months in neutral oak barrels. The beer was then moved to one of our custom built "Punch Down" barrels and added two pounds per gallon of figs. The fruit was punched down twice a day for two weeks then left to referment for two months."
