Den Herberg Oude Geuze Villa Servais
"Gueuze with a subtle sherry finish. An ode to the Halle cello virtuoso François Servais.
This old gueuze, matured in French oak barrels and finished in sherry casks, combines technique and passion in perfect harmony.
They were selected by Bart and Kloris Devillé for the "10 Years" of Villa Servais.
Just as Servais' cello sang between France and Spain, this gueuze blends acidity, minerality, and wood into a single, virtuoso symphony.
Not Villa today, but Sevilla Servais!"
