Siren Santo
€2.21"Santo is a distinctly Siren lager. Our take on the style is full of American hops, working in harmony to offer subtle tropical fruit notes and bright citrus flavours. It pours with a delicate haze and a striking aroma. Saintly fresh, but devilishly drinkable."

Siren Starry Messenger
€3.89"The results of a 15 month project, our Starry Messenger has been lagered in French Oak barrels that were previously used for maturing Chardonnay. It’s a unique beer with beautiful floral, grape and apricot aromas. Flavour builds with honey malt character, subtle sweetness and a tang of sweet fruits before a dry, crisp break of bitterness."

Stu Mostów / Donzoko 8th...
€2.83"The beer was brewed in collaboration with Donzoko brewery, in which we tweaked a version of Pilsner by using double decoction. We used Triumph hops in this version, which has been gaining popularity in recent years. It brings a pleasant citrus, peach, resinous and slightly spicy aroma. It was created from Nugget, EKG and Hellertau Mittelfruh varieties, making it perfect for bottom-fermented beers."

La Source Dry Hop January...

Siren Times Ten
€3.55: 2"A beautifully conditioned lager allowed 100 days to come to fruition. Mittelfrüh, Saphir and Czech Saaz hops offer fresh floral, herbal and subtle citrus flavours, complementing the base of cracker-like malts, which offer just a hint of sweetness. Crisp, refreshing and perfectly balanced."
