Natural top fermented beer, blended with old Lambic (from Boon), unfiltered, fermentation in the bottle.
Blend of Bersalis Tripel and Lambic.
Blend of 70% sour ale (vieille provision) with lambic (from Girardin).
Barrel Aged saison brewed with Pit Caribou. The beer was coolshipped and spontaneously fermented for 8 months. This was then blended with 18% 2 year old Belgian lambic.
