DDH Sabro Lime Wit. "Three Sins is our collab with our Brittish friends Northern Monk. Three heretic changes to the traditional with with big loads of hops, a funky yeast & crackling limes! Loveley, Innit?"
"Black Swan is a robust yet delicate, soft and complex blackberry Baltic Porter. We went a bit overboard on the berries and used 360kg of blackberry puree for 9000L! It's dark with a nice purple brown head. On the mouthfeel, we have a nice chocolate and sour fruity finish."
"The 3rd release of DANSAERT & the 1st collab brewed back in February 2020 with Juguetes Perdidos. This Flemish Red-inspired beer was coolshipped and barrel-fermented in reworked Bordeaux barrels. One barrel was also pitched with a culture JP brought from Argentina. They received this PH1 culture from Peter Bouckaert, who started the sour barrel-ageing program at New Belgium."
"A foulage & carbonic maceration of kelleris cherries, spontaneously fermented with beer wort. 6 months matured in oak barrels. In July 2021 our brewer Tiago picked up 500kg of organic sour cherries from Karel Vaes in Limburg to create this deep red & sour cherry beer. Now cherish the cherries and be mezmerized in the moment!"
"Mixed-fermentation Sour red with sage, brewed in April 2020, barrel-aged for 10 months in Côtes du Rhône barrels."
B.A. Mixed-fermentation Saison with Centennial, Motueka, Cashmere & Tettnanger and bottle-conditionned with local wildflower honey from upkeepers.
"A NEIPA with pistachios, a strong aromatic hop profile (Simcoe, Mosaic & El Dorado) & a whiff of vanilla. Result of Collab with artist Linear Minds, recording brewery sounds and turning it into a cool song... That's it?! No. You take it to the next level when you infuse those tunes into a beer via a speaker in the fermenter! Now grab a can, sit back, relax & play the song via the QR code... Enjoy!"
