  • Boon Oude Gueuze Monoblend...

    €11.97

"The lambic in foeder n°31 aged for four and a half years before it became this Oude Geuze. It's typified by its fine carbonation and pleasant cognac-like nose. The fluent and mellow but strong aroma with hints apricots and walnuts is supported by a clear oak character. Brewed on 30 November 2015, bottlerd on 14 May 2020."

  • Surréaliste Double Trouble

    €4.15

"mperial India Pale Ale hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Nelson. Malted wheat and flaked oats balance the enormous hop charge. A bitter kiss with a soft and juicy mouthfeel. Dangerously drinkable."

  • Bellwoods Donkey Venom

    €15.91

"At its roots it's a rich, dark ale, but the time it spends in barrels with brett and bacteria harmonizes the ingredients, yielding bright levels of acidity and complimentary fruit flavours. A hybrid style of sorts, that defies simple categorization. A foundation of roasted malts lends aromas of chocolate, mocha, and charred wood, while the flavours are firmly rooted in tart berries, black forest cake, and subtle caramel. High, refined carbonation within a dry body."

  • Oud Beersel Bzart...

    €28.17

""The 2023 edition of this natural and sparkling sour cherry Lambic beer, born from the meeting of two glorious traditions, the Traditional Method for sparkling wines and spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. Oud Beersel cherry lambic is drawn in the bottle with the addition of the liqueur de tirage, which consists of sparkling wine yeast and sugar for secondary fermentation. The beer then ages for fourteen months in the bottle before being finished according to the "traditional method". This process allows the development of fine carbon dioxide which is trapped in the bottle and which makes the Lambic sparkling. The application of riddling and disgorging eliminates the yeasts present in the bottle. No added sugars by adding an expedition liqueur. The result is a BRUT and sparkling fruit lambic beer with an impressive palette of flavors."

  • Oud Beersel Bzart...

    €28.17

"First-time release. Instead of ' regular' Lambic, Grape Lambic (Lambic matured on Furmint and Harslevelu grapes) was used as the base for this beer. Otherwise, the same steps were followed as for the Bzart 2023, i.e. addition of 'liqueur de tirage', then 'remuage' and 'dégorgement', and no addition of 'liqueur d'expédition'."
