Dark Amber Quadrupel.

Barrel aged, vinous, slightly sour quadruppel. Aged on a 4500l Massolino Barolo red wine foeder. No to very low carbonation (the barrel experience)

"Belgian dark alew brewed with muscovado sugar and a simple malt bill. After a long fermentation, the beer aged in Bourbon barrels for 20 months, taking more layers of coplexity and depth." Bottled in July 2024

Limited edition wooden box numbered and hand signed by Glenn form Alvinne. The box contains 3 bottles of Cuvée de Mortagne Forte (18%) aged in 3 different barrels:Tawny Port "Quinta Seara D'Ordens", Carcavelos "Vila Oeiras"" and Maple Syrup Originaly "Wild Turkey" Bourbon.

Strong and robust. Full of flavor due to American hop varieties and fruity aromas.

"X Anniversary 6/10 Quadrupel BBA - sixth in a series of anniversary beers. Quadrupel, brewed with extract of 30° Plato, features a milt profile composed of Pilsner and caramel malts. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, it offers aromas of dark fruits and subtle spicy notes. Aged for 18 months in Jack Daniel's barrels, it was infused before bottling with almonds, hazelnuts, and pecans. The result is a Quadrupel characterized by caramel and toasted flavors, complemented by notes of dried dark fruits. Barrel aging adds layers of vanilla, coconut, and refined alcohol warmth, while the nut blend creates an intriguing and harmonious finish."
