"Barrel-aged wild ale with damson plums. Gekwetst is a winelike beer with an outspoken fruity character. This second batch contains four times the amount of fruit as the previous, with strong, juicy sour notes as a result. The nose has candy and stonefruit, while the finish is dry with a mild bitterness. Gekwetst was aged on a single barrel for 21 months, but its barrel character is very subtle, keeping full focus on the damsons. Highly recommended for people who enjoyed our beer Fabel."

"This specific Oude Geuze has been blended with lambikken originating from four different barrels and five different brews from three different brewers. The oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of March 2017, and we aged this bottle for over 20 months in our own cellars before releasing it."

For this blend, we macerated Glen Carron raspberries - grown and hand-picked in Flanders, for almost four months. The weighted average age of this fruit blend upon bottling was almost 27 months. The final fruit proportion used is 333 grams per litre of finished Frambozenlambik. 100% 3 Fonteinen Brewed Lambic."
