"Ever wondered what Henry van de Velde drank while designing the Book Tower in Ghent? It probably weren't Belgian Tripels and blondes, as they were not invented until the same period. Only Van de Velde knows for sure, but presumably it was... UYTZET! Yep, and we brewed that historic Ghent style again! This time another Double version of 4.4% ABV and heavily hopped with some European and English classics like Spalter Select, Brewers Gold, Brambling Cross and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Available on keykeg and can"

West Coast Pils

"Here's our very first European collaboration, brewed with our Belgian friends at Unseen! It's our unconditional love of hops that sealed this instant friendship. With a generous dose of Citra, Eggers X and Peacharine (T90 and Hop Kief), this transatlantic alliance packs a punch."

"Brewed for the first time in 2020, Hazy Pale is our first beer when everything has started. Basically, pale ale is a style we really like and often underrated. This is one of the reasons we made a pale ale at that time. Hopped with Citra/Cryo Citra, Mosaic/Cryo Mosaic and Idaho 7 to bring mango, citrus, papaya and passion fruit. Oat and wheat are part of the grain bill to create a creamy body staying easy to drink."

"Modern and vibrant Pale Ale brewed with Rakau and Motueka. Bursting with a bouquet of stone fruits, peaches, apricot, pear coming from Rakau. On the other side, Motueka delivers lime and lemon notes, with subtle hints of floral."

A split hop bill that features the vibrant Strata of Coleman Farms & Indie Hops to great effect. Bright & juicy up front with a latent red fruit sweetness that mingles with the headiness of fresh green buds."

"DDH Hazy Pale with Mosaic®, Rakau™ & Strata®

Our Lakeside Mosaic folds in perfectly with the ripening orchard character of Rakau, giving it a citric lift. The heady green of Strata plays underneath its own signature jammy sweetness."

"Wild ale with organic red Kékfrankos grapes from the 2024 harvest in Hungary’s Mátra region.

A blend of oak-aged wild ales was macerated on the grapes for a year, using nearly 400 grams per litre.

The result is a layered wild ale that beautifully balances vibrant red fruit, with the depth of our oak-aged barrels."

"A geuze-inspired blend of wild ales was aged between one and four years in oak."
