De Ranke Père Noel
€2.94Vintage 2022. "Père Noël is a Christmas ale, though very different from any other Christmas ales you might know. While most Christmas ales are rich & sweet, this one is amber-coloured, 7% vol. Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops."

Lindemans GingerGueuze
€21.51"Breaking the mold among existing beer styles, Lindemans developed the botanical lambics, a collection of old gueuzes with a twist. Third in this series, GingerGueuze is based on a blend of 12mth old lambic with 2-3yr old lambic, fermented in oak with fresh ginger. Bottle conditioned, GingerGueuze has a golden colour, and combines the sourness of lambic with the subtle flavours of fresh ginger. Ideal as an apertif, it is also perfect for food pairing."
