From Alvinne's Facebook: " It was supposed to be Barrels out of Bond, but a typo decided otherwise ?? This one is my absolute favorite. It's great in it's simplicity, yet so complex. A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells. Oh, and about those Barrels out of B(l)ond, pretty sure many Fellows will love this story as well ... The Dwarves are captured by the Elves and brought before the Elven-king, but Bilbo evades discovery by using the Ring. Tripel dry hopped with a new English hop variety: Endeavour

"Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!
The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime."

Stout fermented naturally with feshly pressed Gamay wort from Domaine Cinq Peyres in France. best before is 11/2023

Pastry Sour brewed with cherries and lactose and then aged for 6 months in Burgundy Pinot Noir barrels. BB is 20/20/2023

Imperial Flanders Red aged in french oak and Chilean Alerce then aged with sour cherries.
