De la Senne Saison
€3.97Saison blended with lambic from Cantillon and aged in barrels. "An extremely complex but at the same time very refreshing beer. It somehow resembles a hoppy gueuze with a distinct bitterness. Indeed, the Saisons were generously hopped for the well-known keeping properties of hops. Also, they were often dry-hopped, as is the case here. Saison de la Senne has been barrel-aged for three years before bottling. Amber in color, its nose reminds one of Lambic, with notes of fallen apples, wood, leather, and the typical funky character of the Bretts. In the mouth, a soft tartness is present, quickly leading to dryness. The aromas of the nose are completed by those of spelt and rye, quince, green gooseberries and a complex vinous character. The finish is bitter but perfectly in balance." Second blend bottled in March 2023.

Verzet Foederbier - Marky...
€3.57: 2"This limited beer is the mother beer of our Oud Bruin. It is a single-cask, which means that the beer is not a blend of different barrels, but comes completely from one barrel. Unlike the classic, it is also not blended with young beer. The Foederbier matured for 2 years in large wooden barrels of 40 or 50 HL. Foederbier has more hints of red fruit and is more soft on acidity. The aroma is fruity, woody with a hint of curry."

Espiga Garage
€2.71Gluten-Free IPA. "Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread."

L'Ermitage Cavalier d’Epée
€3.86"The second Rider is here. The Knight of Swords, our Slovenian IPA forged from Styrian Fox, Wolf & Dragon. A blade-dry, floral-sharp European IPA that cuts through the haze. Crisp bitterness, luminous blond color, and a wild trio of modern Styrian hops. A declaration of independence from the American playbook."

L'Ermitage Cavalier de Denier
€3.86"Third release in our European hop series, this English IPA dives into a new generation of UK varieties. Brewed with Jester, Olicana and Harlequin, it opens on bright orchard fruit, apricot and subtle red berry notes, layered over a fresh herbal backbone with a light resinous edge.
On the palate, it’s clean and structured. A firm, almost rustic bitterness leads into a dry body, while the aromatics stay vivid and precise throughout. Long, focused finish with lingering fruit and green notes. A grounded IPA built on balance and aromatic clarity." -
La Source Inkt
€4.32"For with beer we wanted to pay hommage to one of our most beloved cocktails: the Negroni! We brewed an Imperial Sour then added a complex mix of spices and citrus to mimic the taste of gin, vermouth and Campari. And then finished it with hibiscus for it’s beautiful red color."
