"This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017. We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik."

For this blend, we macerated Glen Carron raspberries - grown and hand-picked in Flanders, for almost four months. The weighted average age of this fruit blend upon bottling was almost 27 months. The final fruit proportion used is 333 grams per litre of finished Frambozenlambik. 100% 3 Fonteinen Brewed Lambic."

"This specific Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambikken originating from eight different barrels and eight different brews. Almost three quarters of the blend consists of young lambikken, and we left the bottle to age in our cellars for over 33 months."
