Fauve L'Eveil des Géants
€6.74"We crafted the malt bill for this Double NEIPA DDH as a marriage of barley, oats, and wheat to create a smooth and indulgent body, on which the hops can magically express themselves: the Nelson Sauvin releases its white grape thiols, on which the exoticism of Mosaic and Sabro blends perfectly!"
-
Fauve Quelque chose qui...
€6.74"This Double NEIPA is a return to our roots for Fauve. After numerous collaborations with foreign breweries that challenged us on our dry-hopping techniques, we were finally able to combine our learning in this beer, pushing the exoticism of Nectaron, Citra, and Sabro to the extreme. The result: an incredibly intense aroma of fresh pineapple, ripe mango, and coconut. Enjoy!"

Fauve Sève de Grenat
€6.86"This Imperial Pastry Sour is a true liquid treat that explores the sacred union between the vibrant acidity of red fruits and the richness of maple syrup. It has a velvety texture (inspired by pastry), where the woody sugar of maple coats the red berries, before stretching into a comforting finish with notes of vanilla."

Stu Mostów Aroma Spots
€5.76: 2"Light IPA with a soft mouthfeel and a gentle oat haze. The hopping delivers a fresh, juicy aroma profile with notes of citrus, pineapple and gooseberry. Smooth, fruity and highly drinkable."
-
Stu Mostów / Elmeleven...
€6.61"A bold pastry sour with a high starting gravity of 30°P. The inspiration came from the Elmeleven team’s trip to Poland, where they first tried a traditional Polish blueberry bun – a flavor they couldn’t forget. We decided to recreate it in a beer form. A generous amount of blueberries on a sweet malt base, finished with the aroma of soft, freshly baked buns, creates an intense blueberry profile. The deep, natural color of the berries completes the experience."
-
Stu Mostów / Mikkeller...
€6.61: 1"Carrot Cake returns! For the second time we used carrot purée, this time in a more complex composition in collaboration with Mikkeller. The sweetness and texture of mango take the lead, while citrus fruits add bright acidity and a fresh aroma. Carrot brings a rustic, slightly earthy sweet note. The whole profile is rounded out by the dessert-like aroma of eggnog – sweet cream, vanilla and warming spices. It’s an intense, juicy pastry sour with a rich, dessert-inspired character."
-
Stu Mostów / Trzech Kumpli...
€6.03: 1"One of three beers promoting the Beer Geek Madness 2026 festival brewed with Trzech Kumpli brewery. Browar Trzech Kumpli is among the top names in the Polish craft scene, so this collaboration is especially exciting. A hybrid of an IPA and a fruited sour was brewed without lactose or maltodextrin, with fullness coming solely from the malts and fruit. Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic Prysma extract added cold provide an intense hop aroma. Mandarin and banana bring juicy character, while the low bitterness lets the fruit shine. The beer was soured by the house yeast strain."
-
Stu Mostów / Spyglass BGM...
€5.76"One of three beers promoting the Beer Geek Madness 2026 festival brewed with Spyglass Brewing Company. The American brewery Spyglass Brewing Company will make its first appearance in Wroclaw at the Beer Geek Madness Festival, making this collaboration especially exciting. A festival NEIPA was brewed with a thick, oat-heavy base and a unique hop profile. A rare experimental Australian hop, HPA 033, brings sweet notes of mango and marshmallow with a light citrus finish. Galaxy adds touches of stone fruit and passion fruit. Juicy, aromatic, and highly drinkable – a standout festival brew."
-
Stu Mostów / Fauve BGM 2026...
€6.03: 1"One of three beers promoting the Beer Geek Madness 2026 festival brewed with Fauve. A playful pastry sour built on an original fruit combination that blends with a creamsicle-like character and the sweetness of toasted pecans. Brewed in collaboration with the French brewery Fauve, known for their love of this beer style. Expect noticeable sweetness balanced by fermentation acidity and the bright sourness of added lemons. Thick, slightly pink and dessert-like – a perfect fit for the upcoming spring season."

With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be."
-
Galway Bay Bay Ale
€3.78"This March we dove into our recipe notebooks looking for ideas to inspire the ultimate session-able stout recipe. Here is Ostara Stout our take on the concept of 'Dublin Stout'. Brewed to be complex but quaffable. We took some of our imperial stout tricks and adapted them to a lower ABV base recipe. The result has layered malts with some lovely soft chocolate notes finished with a nice hop zing to help clean the palate. Sláinte."

Galway Bay Irish Cream Stout
€3.86: 3"TWe’ve had our fair share of stout brainwaves over the past few years, but when we sat down to plan for March, one idea rose above the rest: a creamy pint inspired by everyone’s favourite Irish liqueur. Using all natural ingredients, we’ve captured that signature blend of smooth whiskey warmth, caramel sweetness, and dark, chocolatey malts. Brewed on a foundation of premium Irish malts, it finishes with a rich, roasty complexity. This is ‘the black stuff’ taken to a whole new, velvety level."
