€6.35"Since traveling to the west coast that gave this style its name, we’ve been dreaming of the new version of American west coast IPA we came to love there: light, crisp and dry as always, still decidedly bitter, but also juicy and crushable. We took inspiration from our friends at Green Cheek and Highland Park to create our own. Adding corn and rice to give it a bright, light base and using the water profile of a New England IPA for a soft mouthfeel balanced by aggressive hopping for a snappy bitter bite. A blend of old school C-hops for some classic citrus and pine aromas with some new school favorites to add some juicy fruit to the bouquet."

Espiga Octopint
€5.28"Octopint is a hazy-looking IPA with a double dose of dry hopping of two American hops. The Octopint octopus has traveled the oceans to collect the new Mckenzie hops in Oregon and the Ekuanot hops in the Yakima Valley. The new Mckenzie hops combine very well with the Ekuanot because they complement each other with the notes of tropical fruits they bring. The Ekuanot gives us more citrus and tropical fruit notes such as papaya and pineapple and even pepper and the Mckenzie more resinous notes, melon, grapes and memories of thyme. An ideal combination of fruits is created on a citrus and fresh base due to the notes of herbal plants that they also bring. In the aroma and flavor we will find all these notes accompanied by a silky sensation thanks to the combination of malts with barley. The octopus drinks the pints in 8 in 8, and you?"
