Blend of Krieklambiek from Girardin and a BA sour beer brewed by De Ranke.

Blend made of 1,2 & 3 year old lambics (Boon, Girardin and their own brewed lambic they call: "Spierelambic" after the tiny river that runs near the brewery).

"The curated flavors are layered to charm both the sweet tooth and the seasoned palate. Blue raspberry, marshmallow, coconut, and chocolate mingle with a gentle touch of roast coffee, while time spent in rum, bourbon, and maple barrels lends depth with vanilla, maple, and oak. Confection is sweetness elegantly wrapped in the character of the barrels."

"Our most mango-packed beer yet! We started with a base fermented for four months in tank using our most tropical-forward yeast strains, building layers of overripe tropical fruit, juicy fruit gummies, and a subtle touch of Brettanomyces funk. From there, we refermented it on an enormous 300 g/L of Indian Alphonso mango, amplifying the lush, fruit-saturated character to the max."

"Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, Goat Witch is our blended sour red ale combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged in steel, with around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in Scottish whisky barrels for upwards of one year. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character.

This blended base was refermented on 200g/l locally grown Scottish tayberries from the 2025 harvest. Tayberries are a cross between a raspberry and blackberry, producing a complex combination greater than the sum of its parts."
