    "Fellowship 2025 Ale No 6

Rosie Cotton carries the richness of many gifts: a noble blend of three beers — Moenrye Tripel, aged in Sauternes barrels and macerated with quince, Cuvée Theo aged in an Aquavit cask, and Cuvée Per, aged in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape foeder and likewise macerated with quince. The result is a brew with a firm woody character from the barrel aging, embraced by a luscious fruitiness of quince."

    Verdant I Would Give Her...

    €4.66

"After our REZ project last year, we're returning with two new offerings brewed in conjunction with the TATE team! This time celebrating the launch of 'Frida: The Making of an Icon' their sublime new Frida Kahlo exhibition, opening on 25th June 2026!

I Would Give Her Flowers is a Mexican Lager (4.5%) A style we’ve wanted to brew for years. Inspired by Kahlo’s beloved sanctuary garden at La Casa Azul, this is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright. Expect a rounded malt body with a distinct flaked maize note, finished with a vibrant, natural, limey zing from Motueka hops."

  • Verdant King of May

    Verdant King of May

    €9.99

"Packed with so much Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, drink this beer and you may start to see visions of another world! Our love affair with the icons of the Beat Generation continues. If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that across Marylou (Pale Ale), Neal Gets Things Done (IPA), and Allen (DIPA), we’ve used the exact same hop bill to show how a story can evolve, shift, and intensify. But there was still one missing chapter. The ultimate poem. Enter King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that serves as the grand finale to our Beat Gen series.
To honour the King, we loaded an incredibly soft, luscious grain bill with a staggering, saturated amount of our favourite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we have ever done, combined with a massive 30 g/l dry hop.
Expect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a solid dankness. It is big, loud, beautifully aromatic, and pushes our house style to its absolute limit."

  • Verdant Lightness Illusion
    • New

    Verdant Lightness Illusion

    €8.97

"The new heavy hitter of the Colour Theory family: Lightness Illusion. This 8% DIPA rounds out the series with a deep, complex journey. By elevating the ABV and hop saturation, we’ve brought forth waves of joyous tropical fruits floating atop a dank, brooding, and wonderfully complex underbelly all thanks to Nectaron, Idaho 7 and Citra!

For this label, our Creative Director took inspiration from the famous Munker illusion, a phenomenon in which the perceived colour of an object shifts drastically depending on the surrounding stripes. Your brain rewrites the data based on the background. Looking at the label, you’d swear you’re seeing different colours, but each shape is the exact same shade of blue."

    DOK Maori Madness

    €4.15

"7.6% Double New Zealand IPA (Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka) - We did our best to pack as many New Zealand hops as possible into a can. If we’d used any more pellets, there wouldn’t have been any room left for liquid—we might as well have become a hop supplier ourselves.
Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka… This New Zealand trio is sure to inspire some wild celebrations after drinking this 7.4% DIPA."

"Ever wondered what Henry van de Velde drank while designing the Book Tower in Ghent? It probably weren't Belgian Tripels and blondes, as they were not invented until the same period. Only Van de Velde knows for sure, but presumably it was... UYTZET! Yep, and we brewed that historic Ghent style again! This time another Double version of 4.4% ABV and heavily hopped with some European and English classics like Spalter Select, Brewers Gold, Brambling Cross and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Available on keykeg and can"
