"Biere de Table is one of the first non-fruit releases in the #Wild series. Brewed in collaboration with the Little Earth Project in November 2019. Our partner is a brewery located in Suffolk, famous for its historic and wild beers that are fermented with local wild yeast and bacteria. We couldn't miss this opportunity and decided that this beer would be co-fermented with our own wild yeast blend and Little Earth home strain, harvested from apple skins from their own farm in Sudbury, UK. We chose only the best barrels from this small vat, and then mixed them with 10 percent aged Saison fermented with brewing and wild strains. "
"This is our take on a traditional German Pilsner. A full malt bill; bready and soft caramel notes which has been generously hopped with a blend of Hallertauer Mittlefruh and Saaz hops and fermented with a classic Bavarian yeast. Clean, crisp and classic."
"Tart emmer wheat beer with Callista and Huell Melon (Collab Verzet)"
"This ultra-refreshing American Wheat Beer has all the extra pale cloudiness and drinkability of a Hefeweizen, but without any of the clove, nutmeg or banana flavours of its Bavarian cousin. Built upon a malt base of 60% wheat/40% Pilsner, it is soft bodied with a cereal character of biscuits and a gentle mouthfeel. The classic combination of Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops used in the whirlpool contributes to a light fruit/citrus quality on the palate, however this beer is not dry hopped, so it’s far from “hoppy”. The finish is crisp with a light sweetness that invites sip after sip, and the medium carbonation allows the creamy, white head to linger. Squirt in a wedge of orange or lemon into your Sweet Wheat for the ultimate summer drink! "
blond, bitter ale, famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.
Only whole leaf hops are used

"Kettle-soured Gose brewed with sea salt and dry-hopped with El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Chinook for a resinous touch. With a super silky mouthfeel, its tartness and refreshing salinity makes it a perfect summer beer."
"A traditional Kölsch yeast meets all German hops in this box office beer. The result is super clean, lightly fruity and pleasingly floral as our enthusiastic yeast goes to work accentuating the delicately bitter hops. Crisp, refreshing and plenty drinkable."
"A low ABV saison. Grisette Perry was made in October 2019 from a turbid mash containing barley and oats. The resulting very pale wort was hopped with fresh whole-leaf Sorachi Ace in the boil, before the cooled wort was dry hopped with Amarillo in the coolship. Fermentation then took place in a single ex-Scotch barrel with juice from Gloucestershire grown Gin perry pears we picked from a local orchard. The finished beer was primed with Herefordshire grown Conference pear juice. Matured in bottle for 9 months before release." Botlted in December 2020.
