"This vintage is a blend of a spontaneously fermented beer aged for 2 years in barrels and Pinot Meunier from Romain du terroir, in the form of marc co-fermented with the beer. We finally combined the blend with Pinot Meunier must on the day of bottling."

It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

"When the hop farmers start harvesting, we start brewing our Hop Harvest. The fresh, undried hop flowers are picked in the morning, and on the same day they are used in the Hop Harvest-brew, straight from the field.
