Organic Hoppy Tripel

"De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle."

"Oud Bruin is a typical style of our region between Kortrijk and Oudenaarde. This beer is a blend of our own young and 2 year old wood aged oud bruin. For complexity we added some of the Marvelous "Jacobins Foederbier" from pur neighbors in Bellegem, brewery Vanderghinste."

Tripel dry hopped with a new English hop variety: Endeavour

"Finesse is a soft all grain triple with barley, wheat and rye malt, with a slightly sweet, spicy hoppiness."

Tripel (Trio) aged for 10 months in Jamaican Appleton Estate rum barrels.

Maître Tripel aged for 6 months in Fillier barrels

Pack Containing 4 different Vintages of XXX Rye Reserva Bourbon BA: 1 x 2012 (75cl), 1 x 2013 (33cl), 1 x 2014 (33cl) & 1 x 2022 (33cl). Some labels might be damaged and some crown caps a bit rusted as the beers were aged for many years in a cellar. Most of these beers are also past their BBD

BBD is passed, label might be a bit damaged and the crown cap might be rusted.
