    "This is a special beer brewed with our good friends Peninsula Brewing from Madrid. Brewed half as a no boil sour and half extremely hoppy then blended and fermented with a blend Lactobacillus Plantarum and Voss Kveik yeast (Lallamand yeast labs) and finished the fermentation with our house saison yeast blend to create a tart, dry and fruity low alcohol summer crusher. This beer was brewed the last day before the covid-19 lockdown here in Spain. The name is inspired by many of our lives, especially in the drinks industry, stuck at home and trying to make the best of a messed up situation. Just in time for the easing of restrictions we release this for you all to enjoy at home till we can enjoy properly at the beach."

    "Inspired by Agua de jamaica a typical sweet and acidic Mexican beverage. 100% organic belgian pilsner malt no-boil Berliner style brew with 2,75 kg hibiscus added to the kettle at 93º for 30 minutes before knockout. Co-fermented with L. plantarum and our house yeast culture. We used orange zest/juice from our family farm and dry hopped with a small amount of palisade hops. Just before packaging a final addition of hibiscus was added for an extra layer of flavour."

    "This is our grapefruit beer release for 2020. Inspired by the classic style from northern Germany, Gose, we brewed this beer using our no boil sour beer method using 50% organic Belgian pilsner malt and 25% flaked wheat and 25% malted wheat, with additions of Indian coriander, Himalayan pink salt, then fermented with a mix of bacteria and our house yeast, followed by fresh juice and zest from our family farm and finished with a light dryhopping of citrusy Cascade hops. Tart and refreshing with loads of grapefruit character this one is meant for spring and summer enjoyment."

    "This is a special seasonal spring release: a Belgian style Witbier with organic oranges from the Ale-Hop farm. Brewed with a modified turbid mash and fermented with our house culture. Ingredients include: 60% organic Belgian pilsner malt, 20% Belgian wheat, 20% Spanish flaked wheat, German Perle hops, Indian coriander seeds, zest and orange juice from bitter oranges. More tart and fruity than your average Witbier, it’s refreshing and perfect for springtime."
