Grape Ale

"A two-year-old beer of mixed fermentation, which spent the first 10 months in a foeder, then we added freshly harvested Riesling grapes from a vineyard in Lower Silesia. For the next 10 months, the beer fermented in wooden barrels. After bottling, the beer refermented in the bottle for an additional 6 months."

Assemblage de plusieurs fûts de fermentation ouverte, élevés 4 et 3 ans sans ouillage. L'équipe de la brasserie a ensuite laissé macérer le marc de Pineau d'Aunis pendant une semaine.

Fellowship 2024 Ale No 1. "Narya is a spontaneous fermented beer, where wort was added to Divico grapes from Winery Hoenshof in Belgium. After 7 months of maceration and fermentation, Narya was barrel aged on Chateau Siran Margaux barrels for another 6 months."
