  • De la Senne / Allagash...

    2,75 €

"ZENNEGASH is a collab with our friends—and excellent brewers—of Allagash Brewing Company from Portland, Maine in the USA. Little side note: the first ever collab we did was with them in 2011: the Very Spéciale Belge. We didn’t have to look far to find a name for the beer. We simply combined the two rivers we both owe our names to: the Allagash river, and our good old Zenne! This time we brewed a wheat beer (the specialty of Allagash!), dry hopped with both American and European hops. We made two versions: one bottled version, refermented with Brett-yeast, and one clean version in kegs."

  • De la Senne Brett Porter

    3,03 €

    2,64 €

"It's cold and energy costs are too high? We have a solution for you: warm yourself up internally with a Coucou Puissant! Her name is a tribute to the last squat where Bernard lived, and whose inhabitants campaigned passionately for access to housing for all. On top of that, it was in the cellars of this squat that Zinnebir was born in 2002. She is an exhilarating Amber Ale, generously dry-hopped with German hops. Her nose evokes stone fruits from the South, as well as persimmon. We also find a whole bouquet of exotic flowers. These nuanced aroma's are followed by voracious notes of biscuity malt. In the end she develops a beautiful and long bitterness, which harmoniously brings everything in balance."

  • De la Senne Crianza

    3,07 €

"Crianza belongs to the family of Flemish Red-Brown ales. Born out of a mixed fermentation, she spent more than a year in oak barrels. Her body has copper reflections, and her aspect is limpid. Her foam is beige and creamy, with a nice hold. She smells like Northern cherries, with a woody and winey accent, and a slightly animal touch given by the Brettanomyces yeast. In the mouth, these flavors are completed by stewed apples, notes of Agen plums, blackberries, spices (cinnamon, cloves, licorice), and a very lightly caramelized touch of malt and biscuit. Her slightly sour character makes her surprisingly refreshing."

  • De la Senne Crush

    2,14 €

"As you all know, we have always been huge fans of beers low in alcohol. But not so much of non-alcoholic beers, as those are impossible to produce in the artisan way that we so adamantly stick to. This month we are launching CRUSH, a blond beer of 3,9%, which makes it the perfect companion during these sunny days! In the nose we find apricot, peach, citrus and orange blossom. We have the same aromas in the mouth, completed with fresh grainy notes. The beer is moderately bitter and has a very creamy texture. A real thirst-quenching beer that also promises very manageable day-afters ?"

  • De la Senne Saison van de...

    2,67 €

Saison van de Bruwer is a spelt Saison, dry-hopped and fermented with added Brettanomyces. It is blond, opalescent; its very persistent foam is creamy and fine. Very aromatic and fruity, its nose is reminiscent of pineapple, quince, apricot, and gooseberry. A ‘funky’ touch, typical of Brettanomyces, completes the picture. In the mouth these same flavors are intensified and accompanied by notes of cereals, a floral touch, and a final that evokes lime zests.
Its attack is mellow, but its finish is dry and bitter — typical character traits of the 1920s Saisons.
