"Fellowship 2025 Ale No 6

Rosie Cotton carries the richness of many gifts: a noble blend of three beers — Moenrye Tripel, aged in Sauternes barrels and macerated with quince, Cuvée Theo aged in an Aquavit cask, and Cuvée Per, aged in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape foeder and likewise macerated with quince. The result is a brew with a firm woody character from the barrel aging, embraced by a luscious fruitiness of quince."

I Would Give Her Flowers is a Mexican Lager (4.5%) A style we’ve wanted to brew for years. Inspired by Kahlo’s beloved sanctuary garden at La Casa Azul, this is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright. Expect a rounded malt body with a distinct flaked maize note, finished with a vibrant, natural, limey zing from Motueka hops."

For this label, our Creative Director took inspiration from the famous Munker illusion, a phenomenon in which the perceived colour of an object shifts drastically depending on the surrounding stripes. Your brain rewrites the data based on the background. Looking at the label, you’d swear you’re seeing different colours, but each shape is the exact same shade of blue."

"First brewed in 2021 from our old brewery in Portobello, this is the evolution of a sour IPA we’ve revisited countless times since the early days of Vault City. This time, we’ve taken a fan favourite and turned it up a notch, brewing a DIPA combining our mixed fermentation base beer with fresh lemon juice, zest and a triple dry-hop of New Zealand varieties amplifying notes of citrus, white grape and gooseberry."

"We'd been wanting to brew another saison for a long time.
And we'd also been wanting to work with Belgian hops again for just as long.
So, we finally did it with "Athanor."
With this recipe, we wanted to return to something simple: a dry, thirst-quenching beer, without any exuberance, where each ingredient has its place and can express itself. A simple and straightforward malt base, with a touch of spelt for body and a rustic character. Poperinge hops for a subtle bitterness, herbaceous, floral, and slightly spicy notes. And then the saison esters, of course: white pepper, yellow fruits, subtle citrus, that little dry, yeasty tension that makes you want to come back for more.
The result is an old-school summer saison in spirit: simple, straightforward, dry, expressive, and with maximum drinkability."
