Organic Hoppy Ale.

"X Anniversary 10/10 Mixed Fermentation Honey Saison - 10th in a series of anniversary beers. Wild beer, fermented with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria from Stu Mostów Brewery. The idea for this beer was born during a meeting with B. Nektar Meadery, where the most interesting barrels were selected to create a unique blend of wild beers. A significant amount of Polish local multifloral honey from the Zloty Miód apiary was then added. As the wild yeast fermented the honey, the beer developed a dry profile while retaining a pleasant sweet floral honey aroma. Before bottling, an extra portion of honey was added, enabling natural carbonation through bottle refermentation. "

"Xino Xano is our spring/summer seasonal release. We use a traditional no boil Berliner Weisse brewing method, 50% organic Belgian malted barley, 25% Belgian malted wheat, 25% Spanish flaked wheat, co-fermentation with our house yeast and lactic acid bacteria, then finished with a big dry hop addition (variety varies). Tart, tropical and refreshing, it's perfect for quenching your thirst. Best drunk after a long cycle or at the beach overlooking the sea!"

Gluten-Free IPA. "Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread."

"Melawi is a modern IPA based on an oat-rich base to provide body and smoothness, serving as the perfect canvas for an expressive hop burst. The trio of Motueka, Mosaic, and Cryo-pop combine to offer a complex aromatic array: bright citrus, juicy tropical fruits, and a subtle resinous background. The bitterness is kept moderate to enhance drinkability."

"New England style. Golden promise, premium English caramalt, oats, wheat, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot. It’s a darker, sweeter iteration with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, pine resin and and a subtle hint of eucalyptus from the Ekuanot."

"Since traveling to the west coast that gave this style its name, we’ve been dreaming of the new version of American west coast IPA we came to love there: light, crisp and dry as always, still decidedly bitter, but also juicy and crushable. We took inspiration from our friends at Green Cheek and Highland Park to create our own. Adding corn and rice to give it a bright, light base and using the water profile of a New England IPA for a soft mouthfeel balanced by aggressive hopping for a snappy bitter bite. A blend of old school C-hops for some classic citrus and pine aromas with some new school favorites to add some juicy fruit to the bouquet.."

This West Coast IPA highlights a classic trio of Chinook, Mosaic, and Cascade hops, delivering crisp bitterness and layered notes of pine, citrus, and resin.

"Uber soft and gentle, modernly strato-builed following our process vision of a DIPA. Pummeled perfectly by Centennial through the hot stage, followed then by a double intraconical post-fermentation treatment with Mosaic and Motueka. This new double dry hopped (Double India Pale Ale) clocks in at 8% ABV forever, super smoothly singing songs of ripe mango and peach rings, a hint of clementine bubblegum backed up by some sort of honeydew and lemongrass lollipop. Undeniably juicy, fun and expressive. "
