"Very light beer with a slightly toasted color. Aromas of tropical fruits, pine, resin. Tropical, cereal flavors and high bitterness." 85 IBUs with Mosaic, Citra and Warrior

"We loved Small Batch Project #2 so much that we have based the single hop Motueka pale entirely off that recipe. Expect a beautiful drinking experience laden with lime zing, creamy fruity tang and lemon thyme herbal notes. The first of our small batch tests to make it to the big leagues."

"US style NEIPA 7%. Golden Promise base with oats. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and YCH 301 Cryo Mosaic. Straw coloured, unfiltered, creamy body with a low bitterness. And naturally, when it comes to our somewhat arbitrary bird logic, the bigger the bird, the bigger the dry-hop, and at 20 grams a litre the tropical fruit aroma is truly pungent."

"We snagged a few hundred kilos of a new Kiwi hop called Nectaron. It comes with much hype (and a silly name)... so let's see what all the fuss is about! Supported by Citra and Idaho we expect this to be hugely fruity, weighted towards the tropics."

"A Triple Dry-hopped No Dextrose DIPA version of "Even Sharks Need Water". Simples."

"Peach, apricot, tangerine & white grape! Marylou is back with a super soft mouthfeel and bags of juicy flavour. Crack a can and whisk yourself away to sunnier climes with this lip-smacking pale ale."

"A Double Dry Hopped IPA iconic for its hazy appearance and yellowish colour. It exhibits citrus and tropical aromas thanks to the double dry-hopping of the cryo hops Citra and Mosaic, that contribute with notes of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it is juicy and it floods the palate with fruity, exotic and herbal flavours that conclude in a pleasantly bitter and dry finish."

"This NEIPA is one of the great protagonists of Citrus Week, a beer designed to shine thanks to the balance of its cereals. The combination of barley and wheat malt, together with oat and barley flakes, creates a silky and full-bodied base that serves as a perfect canvas for the most exclusive hops directly from New Zealand. Visually it stands out for its light and bright yellow color, with that elegant haze that defines the style. On the nose it is a real fruity explosion where the New Zealand Nectaron hops unfold massive aromas of peach, pineapple and passion fruit, while the Riwaka brings intense notes of grapefruit and even more tropical nuances. On the palate it is pure juice: a juicy, balanced and refreshing experience with a very subtle bitterness. It is the perfect opportunity to discover why New Zealand hops are on the lips of all beer lovers."

"RUBICON is a massive, velvety stout that hits hard from the first sip. Waves of roasted peanut, toasted hazelnut, and deep cocoa roll across the palate. Dark, rich, and dangerously smooth. 12% of pure liquid darkness."

"For our first collaboration with the iconic brewery Garage in Barcelona, we wanted to make a style that we both love very much, a thick NEIPA with some of our favorite hops of the moment, Citra and Dolcita (ex HBC 1019) for the fruity side, and some Hand Selected Strata from Hops Company for a little bit of danknesss."

"Another on in the Featuring Series, this collaboration with our firends Maktoob from Romania presents some orange marmelade flavors on the nose. The comes the juicyness, full bodied but not too sweet, some citrus notes like orange and grapefruit, a bit of apricot and papaya for a nice DIPA to say goodbye to winter."

"Double NEIPA DDH Nectaron, Galaxy, Simcoe - Collab' Browar Stu Mostòw (Pologne)."

"Pale Ale - American - Glowing orange colour. A beautifully balanced beer where the Pale, crystal and Munich malts really help amplify the hops juicy qualities. Layers of flavour: tropical fruit, citrus fruit, stinky cheese, caramel - all working together. Bitter and sweet. Lush."

"IPA - American - Taking our learnings from the fresh hop beers has resulted in this punchy mother-daughter hop affair! Bitter, dry, but smooth feels with masses of pine sap, grapefruit, tropical notes and dank."

"The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be."

"This March we dove into our recipe notebooks looking for ideas to inspire the ultimate session-able stout recipe. Here is Ostara Stout our take on the concept of 'Dublin Stout'. Brewed to be complex but quaffable. We took some of our imperial stout tricks and adapted them to a lower ABV base recipe. The result has layered malts with some lovely soft chocolate notes finished with a nice hop zing to help clean the palate. Sláinte."

"Fresh hops in April? Why not. We’re using the new Hop Kief extracts made from freshly harvested hop cones that go straight into extraction without drying. This process preserves a striking level of bright, green freshness. As a base, we brewed a full, hazy, oat-heavy Double IPA with low bitterness."

"Modern and vibrant Pale Ale brewed with Rakau and Motueka. Bursting with a bouquet of stone fruits, peaches, apricot, pear coming from Rakau. On the other side, Motueka delivers lime and lemon notes, with subtle hints of floral."

"Double IPA brewed with Nectaron, Idaho 7, Riwaka & Citra letting shine pineapple, passion fruits, stone fruits, apricot, orange, pink grapefruit & papaya.. Tropical forest in a can!"
