Stigbergets Amazing Haze
€4.32"New England style. Golden promise, premium English caramalt, oats, wheat, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot. It’s a darker, sweeter iteration with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, pine resin and and a subtle hint of eucalyptus from the Ekuanot."

Stigbergets West Coast IPA
€4.32"It’s our flagship NEIPA. Extra pale base, oats, wheat, generous dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and a charming local seagull on the can. Affectionately known as måse (seagull) in Gothenburg, West Coast is light in colour, full bodied, low bitterness and brimming with tropical fruit flavours."

De Dolle Stille Nacht 2025
€5.25"Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It has a very potent beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

DOK / Arpus What The Hell...
€3.81"7.3% New England IPA - Our collaboration with Arpus Brewing Co. from Latvia is here! While brewing this beer, our playlist wasn’t exactly up to scratch. We gritted our teeth all day long, only to end up incorporating it into the beer’s name. Apologies to the customers who were there that day. We’ll make it up to you with a new hazy IPA.
We steered clear of stereotypical hops and got to work with Vista and Centennial CGX. Oats and spelt form the basis for this treat for the taste buds.
?Note from the barman on the day: the music was top-notch, my colleagues are just cultural barbarians." -

L'Ermitage Cavalier de Denier
€3.86"Third release in our European hop series, this English IPA dives into a new generation of UK varieties. Brewed with Jester, Olicana and Harlequin, it opens on bright orchard fruit, apricot and subtle red berry notes, layered over a fresh herbal backbone with a light resinous edge.
On the palate, it’s clean and structured. A firm, almost rustic bitterness leads into a dry body, while the aromatics stay vivid and precise throughout. Long, focused finish with lingering fruit and green notes. A grounded IPA built on balance and aromatic clarity." -
Galway Bay Figo
€2.99"The next beer in our discovery series of trial batch lagers.
Italian Pilsner has taken the world by storm since its emergence in the late 00's. Originally brewed as a German pilsner by Birrificio Italiano outside Milan. Agostino, the brewer added some tweaks to make the recipe more exciting for local drinkers including an increased amount of late-stage hops which give the beer a more pronounced hop character and soft floral aroma from the German hops. During the summer at festivals we were lucky to have a few chances to drink the OG, fresh Tipo Pils in Italy and this is our tribute to that beer. We lagered this beer for over 40 days so it has an incredibly smooth finish. " -
Mills Saison Hallertau
€7.55"Saison Hallertau is a blend of four barrels from three worts brewed in January, March, and August 2019. It was dry-hopped with whole leaf Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Fuggles. The beer is a bitter, amber saison with a good balance of malt, yeast, and hop flavour. A small quantity was released relatively fresh last year through Favourite Beers, as a tribute to Nicky Norwood, wife of owner Leigh. The further ageing since has allowed time for the wild yeast to significantly modify the hop aromatics and add further depths of funk."
-
Mills Still
€7.55"Still is a single barrel bottling of four year old beer, brewed in March 2018. We have been hoping to find a barrel that would have enough character and bite to exist without the need for carbonation. The wort was made using a turbid mash and underwent an extended boil with large quantities of aged hops. After two nights in our coolship, the wort was transferred to a single 500 litre barrel for four years of fermentation and maturation. The resulting beer was bottled still, without the addition of sugar to produce a refermentation. It has a significant richness for the abv, balanced by a striking hop bitterness, and lingering tannin from the four years in oak."
-
Mills The Dickens
€9.14: 2"The Dickens is our take on one of Jonny's favourites, the Belgian Golden Strong. An effervescent, heady, pale, dry, and lightly bitter beer that remains delicate and balanced despite its considerable strength. A clear wort was drawn from an infusion mash of pilsner malt and spelt. Large quantities of European hops and cane sugar were added during the boil. Fermentation took place in our open coolship at warm ambient summer temperatures. The young beer maturated in large oak casks with wild yeast and bacteria until the winter. Finally, the beer is dry-hopped with whole-leaf hops and bottle conditioned for three months before release."
-
Unseen Frozen Rage
€4.39"Embrace the chill with Frozen Bear, a powerful DIPA engineered for a deep freeze of flavor. This frosty beast blends Riwaka, Wakatu, and Citra (T90 & Cryo), amplified by a surge of Riwaka Hop Kief for an intense blast of citrus and resinous passion fruit."
-
Unseen Slow Focus
€4.23"Take a moment to blur out the noise with Slow Focus, a velvety NEIPA featuring Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops. Expect a lush, tranquil escape into notes of white grape and stone fruit—smooth, hazy, and as effortlessly cool as a koala on a Sunday afternoon."
