DOK 1 Na Hlaf 4 En Gismo Is...
€3.07: 3"Our friend and handy man Gizmo, you can set your clock to that! 1 after half past three, and there he is, sitting at the bar! Usually with a ginger beer, but today with a drinkable 3.7% ABV Grisette. A firm granular undertone from the unmalted barley and spelt that complements the New Zealand hops. For such a low-alcohol beer, we certainly didn't hold back with the generous doses of Rakau and Mega Motueka."
-
La Source Epervier
€3.65"An IPA the way we love it: fruity & light! The Barbe Rouge hop gives the beer its unique signature: notes of berries and citrus. Hops: Citra, Barbe Rouge, Colombus"
-
De la Senne Brett Saison
€2.97Saison van de Bruwer is a spelt Saison, dry-hopped and fermented with added Brettanomyces. It is blond, opalescent; its very persistent foam is creamy and fine. Very aromatic and fruity, its nose is reminiscent of pineapple, quince, apricot, and gooseberry. A ‘funky’ touch, typical of Brettanomyces, completes the picture. In the mouth these same flavors are intensified and accompanied by notes of cereals, a floral touch, and a final that evokes lime zests. Its attack is mellow, but its finish is dry and bitter — typical character traits of the 1920s Saisons. bbd 18/11/2024

-
Cyclic Beer Farm Saison
€4.19: 2"Saison is our no nonsense Belgian style farmhouse beer. Aroma and flavor is driven by our house mixed yeast/brett culture that give notes of citrus fruit and light spice. A generous use of continental hops and 100% Belgian Pilsen malt balance out the yeast character to create a dry, refreshing and easy to drink beer!"
-
Cyclic Beer Farm Xino Xano
€4.77"Xino Xano is our spring/summer seasonal release. We use a traditional no boil Berliner Weisse brewing method, 50% organic Belgian malted barley, 25% Belgian malted wheat, 25% Spanish flaked wheat, co-fermentation with our house yeast and lactic acid bacteria, then finished with a big dry hop addition (variety varies). Tart, tropical and refreshing, it's perfect for quenching your thirst. Best drunk after a long cycle or at the beach overlooking the sea!"
-
Espiga Garage
€2.55Gluten-Free IPA. "Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread."

-
Stigbergets West Coast IPA

De Dolle Stille Nacht 2025
€5.25"Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It has a very potent beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

Lervig Everyday Weekend
€5.70"Big, juicy, hazy, and bursting with tropical fruit character, this DIPA is hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron. Notes of ripe mango, peach, and citrus lead the way, balanced by hints of white grape, pine, and a dank, resinous backbone. At 9.0% ABV, it still delivers a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, and the minimal bitterness makes for a smooth, dangerously drinkable experience.
(When we get to brew beers like this, we don’t consider weekdays any different from weekends – we love our job that much!) " -
L'Ermitage Cavalier d’Epée
€3.86"The second Rider is here. The Knight of Swords, our Slovenian IPA forged from Styrian Fox, Wolf & Dragon. A blade-dry, floral-sharp European IPA that cuts through the haze. Crisp bitterness, luminous blond color, and a wild trio of modern Styrian hops. A declaration of independence from the American playbook."
