Stigbergets Walk the Walk
€6.35"Since traveling to the west coast that gave this style its name, we’ve been dreaming of the new version of American west coast IPA we came to love there: light, crisp and dry as always, still decidedly bitter, but also juicy and crushable. We took inspiration from our friends at Green Cheek and Highland Park to create our own. Adding corn and rice to give it a bright, light base and using the water profile of a New England IPA for a soft mouthfeel balanced by aggressive hopping for a snappy bitter bite. A blend of old school C-hops for some classic citrus and pine aromas with some new school favorites to add some juicy fruit to the bouquet."

Fauve / Wills Émergence...
€6.24"We brewed this transatlantic collaboration with the Quebecers at Wills, from Montreal! This DDH NEIPA boasts incredible aromatic intensity thanks to Mosaic, Galaxy, and Amarillo hops: an explosion of mango, peach, and citrus with every sip, thanks to a generous double dry-hop. The aromatic complexity unfolds sip after sip, like a celebration of those transatlantic encounters we love so much."

Espiga New Zealand Citrus
€5.55"This NEIPA is one of the great protagonists of Citrus Week, a beer designed to shine thanks to the balance of its cereals. The combination of barley and wheat malt, together with oat and barley flakes, creates a silky and full-bodied base that serves as a perfect canvas for the most exclusive hops directly from New Zealand. Visually it stands out for its light and bright yellow color, with that elegant haze that defines the style. On the nose it is a real fruity explosion where the New Zealand Nectaron hops unfold massive aromas of peach, pineapple and passion fruit, while the Riwaka brings intense notes of grapefruit and even more tropical nuances. On the palate it is pure juice: a juicy, balanced and refreshing experience with a very subtle bitterness. It is the perfect opportunity to discover why New Zealand hops are on the lips of all beer lovers."
