BIERE

Blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics from two barrels that were really appreciated by the brewers for their fruity notes. The brewer recommends to consume this soon as this blend contiains lots of young lambic, there is a "risk" it will overcarbonate over time.

Lambiek aged with sour cherries.

Berslais Kadet aged 12 months in lambic barrels which resulted in a spontaneous fermentation of the beer. BBD is 15/05/2021

Spontaneous fermented, coolshipped and aged in wooden barrels and matureed with Barbera grapes.

Barrel-aged wild blonde ale with Groene Bel. "The first thing you'll notice about Rust is the barrel character. Not too heavy, but woven into the fabric of the beer like a fine thread. Juicy aromas of sweet tangerine and a fresh touch of watermint create a calm, winelike structure with flavours that stay close together. Underneath are warm, malty notes that form the rich foundation of this beer. The finish has a soft echo of the Groene Bel dryhop, which lays earthy, mildly bitter notes on top of the wood tannins. Rust was aged on oak for 12 months." BBD is 13/04/2024

T.WO. aka Totally Wiped Out. Wheat Ale aged for 4 years in Tres Hombres rum barrels. BBD is passed and lable might be a bit damaged due to long cellaring.

Black Albert matured for two years on Jack Daniels Bourbon barrels.

Farmhouse Tripel brewed with Rye.

Hoppy and bitter Belgian Ale.

Oud Bruin where the wort was boiled for 16h instead of the classic 1.5h which give more caramelised aromas.

Unblended 3 year old Lambic brewed in 2015.

Lambic aged with green walnuts. Limited edition. Bottled on 07/06/2018 with BBD 07/06/2022

Specia/Stronger version of La Moneuse brewed for the 30th Anniversary of the brewery.

"De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle."

Unblended 3 year old Lambic brewed in 2014 and bottled in 2017.

Assemblage #26. bottled on 08/03/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 6 different barrels originating from 5 different brews. The 3 year old lambic accounts for almost a third of this blend.

This particular Hommage has macerated for 6 months with organic raspberries and cherries, and the final fruit intensity is 350 grams of fruit per litre. While blending, local honey was added.

Spéciale Ambrée (Spécial Belge) - Amber

Pale ale infused with white and green tea + fruits (blueberries, yellow plums, blackcurrant). Dryhopped with Hallertau Blanc.

Pale Ale brewed with green tea and jasmin flowers.

Blend made of 1,2 & 3 year old lambics (Boon, Girardin and their own brewed lambic they call: "Spierelambic" after the tiny river that runs near the brewery).

Dark Amber Quadrupel.

"Poptones started life as a hoppy pale ale fermented with clean ale yeast to which we added our house farmhouse cultures for a long, slow secondary fermentation in stainless steel" Dry hopped with Saphir before bottling. Brewed September 2017, Bottled Dec 2017 Released June 2018

Belgian IPA. "Bitter is Better". Brewed with organic ingredients.

"Poptones started life as a hoppy pale ale fermented with clean ale yeast to which we added our house farmhouse cultures for a long, slow secondary fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a long maturation in French oak barrels that previously held white wine." Brewed September 2017, Bottled APril 2018 and Released June 2018
