"We gathered grapes for this mixture in person from a small local vineyard located just 20 km away from the Brewery. On the same day, we merged them with the beer base and left them fermenting for more than 12 days. The beer is very similar to our favorite French wines of the "glou glou" Pet-NAT type. It is filled with aromas of cherries and red fruits, balanced with delicate nuances. It is a lively cherry-colored rose, long-lasting beer. Non-pasteurized and changing over time – ideal for bottle fermentation!"

"Barrel-aged wild blond beer with elderflower. Once a year we brew a special blend for Dauw. After initial fermentation, when sugars are still present, we infuse the beer for one day with freshly picked elderflower. This results in an overwhelmingly aromatic beer, which becomes more rounded after long barrel aging. By mixing 3 years of vintages, we bring a lot of complexity to the beer. The young barrels add bitterness and floral scents, whereas the older barrels add ripeness and soften the character. Dew is a nice sour beer with rich elderflower, green pepper and citrus. In its aftertaste you can find the soft bitterness and the long lasting tones of spring blossom aromas." BBD is 18/02/2024

"Barrel-aged wild ale with damson plums. Gekwetst is a winelike beer with an outspoken fruity character. This second batch contains four times the amount of fruit as the previous, with strong, juicy sour notes as a result. The nose has candy and stonefruit, while the finish is dry with a mild bitterness. Gekwetst was aged on a single barrel for 21 months, but its barrel character is very subtle, keeping full focus on the damsons. Highly recommended for people who enjoyed our beer Fabel."

"Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. The beers in this blend matured on average for 14 months in red wine barrels. In this time the beer developed its fruity and wine-like character. To this small batch no. 11-2021 we added locally grown "Hauszwetschge" plums. This luscious beer let you feel the last rays of the summer sun. Product with taste evolution in the bottle."

"“Fifteen” is characterized by a distinct aroma of plums from local orchards near Wroclaw. Its solid base is the Saison-style base aged in barrels. During the brewing of Wild #15 we used barley malt, wheat malt and oatmeal. In addition, we conditioned it in the bottle for six months to give it its unique character."

The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

Pink foam that not only drops off the kids for the birthday, but then sticks around for the flavor party. What? Does anyone read these? Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet. "Crimson (2022-2023)is our Kriek Framboise (cherry raspberry) beer. This is its second iteration.

We chose some nice barrels of 1 & 2 year old spontaneous beer to macerate on a few hundred kilos of whole sour cherries & raspberries from 2022 fruit season. The beer macerated the fruit for 9 months before bottling. Bottled: Summer 2023."

"Crimson is our kriek framboise blend. We aged 1 year old spontaneously fermented beer on 830 grams per litre of sour cherries for 6 months. Before bottling we blended another Spon beer aged on 300 grams per litre of raspberries with the cherry beer. The final assemblage of 75% Cherry beer & 25% raspberry beer transcends both their individual selves. "
