Season 2023-2024 Assemblage #68. bottled on 26/09/2024. "For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken from three different brewers, six different brews and four different barrels. The ages the lambikken that we used for this blend range from young to more than four year old, accounting for almost 40% of the blend. The weighted average age of this blend at bottling is more than 28 months. Half of the lambikken were brewed by us and were fully crafted with local Pajottenland cereals. "

Gluten-Free IPA. "Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread."

BlossomGueuze is 2 to 3 year old lambic aged in wood, blended with 12 month old lambic and elderflower. After refermentation in the bottle this gueuze has a golden colour and combines the sour taste of lambic with the natural and fresh aromas of elderflower." Best Before Date is 2021.
