"St Florence: Semillon, M&J Becker was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 275kg of organic handpicked, whole bunch Semillon from the Ablington vineyard in Pokolbin, NSW. After a five month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature for 6 months before release."

"Our 2025 grape ale has taken a diferent direction. We started did carbonic maceration of the grapes. These grapes are Baga Grapes from Bairrada (from our friend from Luzia), taken from a vineyard surrounded by eucalyptus. This particular terroir bring some nice menthol to the game. The beer itself was fermented with a belgium strain, a patersbier style.
The "wine" and grapes were blended with the beer and then it was aged in a Alvarinho barrel, from the Green Wine region.
Result is a clear hybrid of wine and beer, orange in color, and so it become Orange de Marvila!"

"Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with cherries. In this blend of Funky Blender we added fresh, whole fruit at rate of about two pounds per gallon to our base beer. Each barrel is carefully hand picked to ensure it will pair perfectly with the whole fruit we are using while keeping the funky flavor. The unique lemon and lime aromas that come from the base barrels of Funky Blender harmonize with the whole fruit added."

Saison base beer aged on whole Colorado nectarines at a rate of over 2 pounds per gallon.

Classic Colorado plum aromas in the nose just remind me why I love plums so much, I hope we can get more this year. Low/medium acidity and rich body that makes one think it's actually sweet. "Meager Portmanteau is a blend of Primitive's three-year, MT spontaneous beer refermented with juicy Colorado peaches, and Cellar West's oak aged Meager - a funky little table saison with Colorado grain. Delicately tart, laden with notes of ripe peach & oak, equal parts carefree & complex. The blend was given delicate Orange Blossom Honey from Bee Squared Apiaries to naturally condition and develop in green, corked & caged 750mL bottles for many months. "The Original Jaanihanso HQ Brut was in 2020 selected to be the official Presidential Reception Sparkling for the Independence Day Festivities, and in 2021 the same drink was awarded the Best Estonian Sparkling Wine by the Sommelier's Association organised grand competition. In this non-alcoholic version we have used dealcoholised Jaanihanso apple wine and added fresh organic flowering quince juice, organic apple juice and some real local honey."

100% Gelber Muskateller. "Method: After a maceration on full cluster for a few hours, the grapes were pressed and then completely transferred to a stainless steel tank. There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp." Limited to 508 bottles

100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.

"This is a new blend, created to capture the remarkably light and fresh citrusy character we find in some of our older barrels. It was made from a blend of pale beers, consisting of 2 barrels of 4 year old beer, and 2 barrels of 3 year old beer. The barrels making up the blend were selected for their combination of bright citrus acidity and balancing deep funk, to produce a complex yet elegant summery beer. The finished blend was dry-hopped with fresh whole-leaf Czech Saaz hops, for their wonderful noble aromatics, along with a touch of US Citra to highten the lemon/grapefruit notes of the fermentation. Bottled straight from the dry-hop tank to capture as much of the hop as possible, the finished beer then conditioned in bottle for 5 months."
