"In December 2017, we brewed a collab with Spanish brewery La Pirata. This turned out to be a brilliant thick stout. When we asked our fans what beer we should release again for our 10th anniversary, the Hundred was mentioned very often. Fun detail, the origin of the name of this beer. When we sat down with La Pirata to come up with a name, this happened to be the 100th brew of 2017. Sometimes it can be that simple. This thick full-bodied stout is brewed with lots of dark malts, oats and muscovado sugar. At 12% alcohol, this is a real beer to enjoy quietly. This beer has dark notes of coffee, licorice, molasses and caramel on the palate and a lovely creamy finish. A worthy beer to celebrate our 10th anniversary with."

"Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It has a very potent beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

Its rich and warming notes of spicy gingerbread, sweet vanilla and almond from the tonka bean are topped off with a deep malty base reminiscent of dark chocolate and caramel. 100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.
