    "Strong coffee aroma, we choosed this specific coffee for its sourness. It gives some beautifull notes of raspberry, red berries, strawberries, hazelnuts, butter and citrus.
    We aged this beer for 1 year on 2 Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels and 1 Whiskey Sauterne Barrel. After 10 months of aging we added 2kg fresh roasted coffee beans (By Crossroast in Antwerp) and 15 Vanillabeans in each barrel.
    After 2 more months we blended the barrels together and added some more vanillabeans.
    Result is a very complex coffee stout. Lots of barrel notes, a crisp sourness of the coffee that gives the beer a high drinkability."

The first one is an unrefined Belgian beet sugar (cassonade) and the second one is an unrefined brown Brazilian cane sugar (rapadura) representing our beloved mix of Belgium and Brazil. A complex, thick and creamy 15% imperial stout with a beautiful brown head. Notes of cooked candy followed by delicate dark fruits esters, caramels, complex malty presence and roasted notes. To achieve this effect, we enriched the extractive and strong base of Imperial Stout with lactose, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla, which emphasized the character of the pastry. Finally, we saturated it with nitrogen to enhance the dessert feeling and top the beer with a fine bubble foam. So it will be thick, creamy and outstandingly dessert."
