"Christmas is a terrible time to be out of control of your inhibitions so we want to offer you a special beer to enjoy your family get-togethers while keeping the peace. Driving Home for Christmas offers you all the malty, dark roasted, and spice notes of other Christmas beers – but with none of the alcohol! Now you can feel free to have a couple beers over at a member of the family’s place for Christmas dinner, and still drive the hell out of there once the political arguments start and your aunt begins awkwardly picking on your cousin for failings in life. Driving Home for Christmas: all of the Christmas flavour with none of the holiday drama!"

  • Siren Caribbean Chocolate...

    €4.34
    19

"Our most extravagant beer meets the most extravagant breakfast in this year's Caribbean Chocolate Cake twist. We've adjusted the base here a little to allow the pancake element to come through. We're layering maple notes from syrup to wood, maximising depth of flavour. A small amount of smoked malt, working in tandem with bourbon maple staves and the sweet, sticky undertone adds a delicate aroma akin to the impact you'd get from perfectly prepared streaky bacon. A generous helping of cacao and a dusting of spices, in part from the expressive Amburana wood, completes this liquid guilty pleasure." Canned in Nov 2020 BB Nov 2021.

  • Lervig Christmas Cream

    €3.26

"Our Nitro Porter is the perfect festive drink. Brewed to be a light Porter, the added lactose gives the body needed to complement deep chocolate flavour and cinnamon undertones, though it has enough bitterness to balance everything out. We then packaged it into Nitro cans, so you’ll get a beautiful, thick cascading foam with all the richness you want and need for a holiday beer, but at 4.7% it will leave enough room in your belly for Christmas dinner."

  • Lervig Original Sin

    €4.50
    69

"According to some, humanity is born with a built-in urge to do bad things. In that spirit, we tried to do something good when we designed this beer, using a massive malt base to create depth and complexity with the right amount of roasted malt and caramel notes. Upon that base we layered more than twice the amount of cocoa nibs that we’ve ever used in a beer before, along with a healthy dose of vanilla. What came out of the tank is a full-on dark chocolate parade for the palate – combining accents of milk chocolate,
vanilla, and freshly roasted coffee with a deeply, rich cocoa coating for the entire mouth. Some say that we’re all born into sin, so we may as well taste the forbidden fruit while we’re here."

  • Lervig Paragon 2019

    €16.52

"This years vintage is a blend of time. We had a few lingering barrels from the fall of 2017. To that we added a few more from early 2019 and topped it off with some from the fall of 2019. All of the barrels we used were bourbon. The bulk of which were previously used for Heavin Hill, with some Angel’s Envy and even a couple Wild Turkey in there as well. But this years version isnt really about a big bourbon character, it’s more focused on the subtle bourbon flavors that are inherent to this beer. After the sweet punch right away subsides you will get flavours such as Dried figs, raisins, and vanilla. Then the malt gives Paragon it’s caramel, toffee, and chocolate flavours that rounds out with mild sweetness, bringing it full circle. The beer has a slight viscous texture which c...

  • Lervig / Stillwater Bourbon...

    €16.07
    49

"Bourbon barrel-aged Times 8 collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal (US)
When we made the original Times 8, we thought we could kill craft with a beer that brought an over-the-top, 16% ABV imperial pasty stout together with a Willy Wonka assortment of vanilla, cocoa, maple syrup, butterscotch and coconut. But once again, we were mistaken – we forgot to age it in barrels. So to put the cherry on top of this ridiculous collab, we placed the beer in fresh bourbon barrels for a year to suck out all of the spicy, vanilla oaky notes and smooth, boozy finish. We’re sure you’re going to love this monster of a stout – just make sure you bring an insulin shot and a pint of Pilsner to wash it down. "

  • Lervig Hipster for Christmas

    €11.10
    87

"Barley wine Aged in bourbon barrels for one year

A holiday ode to our barrel-aged barley wine, Hipster for Christmas initially hits you with intense caramel and the inherited barrel notes of bourbon, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, dried fruits, toffee, and a little cinnamon bun to finish off your Christmas spirit. "

  • Siren Fireside

    €9.84
    52

"This beer is inspired by cool nights in the great outdoors; sharing stories under the stars with a mug of hot cocoa, a full hip flask and marshmallows toasting over the glowing embers. Our Fireside blend is made up of some incredible dark beers, including some Barrel Aged Draugen, which is providing the underlying wisp of oakey smoke in the air. A heartwarming companion to the season."

  • Siren Haunted House

    €10.24
    20

"Fresh out of barrel the beer is full of chocolate notes, which Haunted House elevates further with cacao husks. These husks add some light milk chocolate notes, making sure everything stays drinkable through different dimensions of sweetness, with toasted coconut chips joining in creamy harmony in a sequence of sensations. There’s a lot going on here, but the strength of the beer is up to the task of allowing this beer to excite and delight with each sip."

  • Siren Helter Skelter

    €10.24
    16

"Fresh out of barrel the beer is full of chocolate notes, which Helter Skelter turns into a full-on chocolate orange experience. Hand-peeled orange zest is swirling in vibrant oily flavour which goes on a ride with the sweet chocolate base beer. In order to keep this in check, additional oak will give you subtle vanilla wafer notes but also enough drying finish to keep you going back to the start. This is a playful beer that we hope will put a smile on your face."

  • Siren Waltzer

    €10.24
    19

"Fresh out of barrel the beer already has a depth of coffee and chocolate flavour. Waltzer amps these notes up and spins them around with the addition of our own rum barrel aged coffee beans, a collaborative project with Quarter Horse roasters. This accentuates the boozy tones of the beer with some rum character while adding a resonant coffee hit. Complexity of acidity, biscuity notes, cherries and dried fruits all begins to swirl with the heady overtones of the base beer in an intoxicating treat"
