"A mixed fermentation sour brewed in collaboration with Nevel Wild Ales from the Netherlands. This Norwegian sour was brewed with locally foraged juniper and fermented with Kveik yeast, then aged in a Foeder for 18 months with our house mix culture. The result is a nuanced mixed fermentation sour with bright acidity, citrus fruits and wild funk."

"Lervig and Slowboat have gotten their minds in sync to create a modern era Juicy IPA brewed with true Kveik yeast from Ebbegarden farm in Stordal Norway. The yeast is a perfect IPA strain due to its fruity tropical flavor it imparts as it ferments at high temperatures. We used generous amounts of Citra, Mouteka and Simcoe hops to allow the yeast to pair with each other. The beer itself is juuuicey 8,2% abv with haze and soft supple mouthfeel and balance. Tastes like a pineapple starburst, Pavlova and a Bellini cocktail all in one sip."

"SUPER BITTER IPA with 100% belgian malt and belgian Comet "

"In March 2023, Joël brewed and inoculated 20hl of classic pilsner must at the Mule brewery. We transferred it to a foeder equipped with a cooling system to ensure true bottom fermentation. In September 2023 , we participated in the harvest of Brussels hops, and dry-hopped our pils with 100% Brussels hops. At the beginning of 2024, after 10 months of fermentation and maturation in foeder, we put it in bottles and kegs. After 2 months of natural refermentation, this beer is now finally available for tasting. The taste is marked by the lager yeast esters, the vegetal aromas of fresh hops, and of course the wild notes of the foeder."

Rum BA Imperial Stout

"Here comes the dark beast: as black as a porter, as aromatic as a royal IPA. Starvation is a dark beer with the aroma of citruses, tropical fruit and conifers, with just a hint of roasted coffee and chocolate. It explodes with taste once it hits your mouth. Complex, yet balanced."

"In the crypt of a Kostanjevica monastery just a few kilometers from our brewery there is a thomb of the Bourbons. The last king of France found the final resting place there. The Last Bourbon is a thick imperial stout, barrel aged in 3 different bourbon barrels for one year."

"Here comes the Apocalypse. Its first rider is the Warrior. It is best to just surrender. This is a New World warrior, a true American pale ale. Dry, fruity, gently bitter. Galaxy and Amarillo create a combination of tropical and orange-like aromas. A classic!"

1, 2 and 3 years old lambic with apricots from Ardeche in France, blended together with riesling grapes (2020) from the Mosel in Germany and Italian muscat grapes (2021)

"For the production of the Rose Flower Lambiek - Sparkling Infused, we added rose petals to a soft, foeder-aged Lambic and left them to macerate for about 4 weeks. After that, we bottled the beer so a secondary fermentation could take place. The result is a slightly pink Lambic, with bright floral notes and a sparkling mouthfeel. "

"This limited beer is the mother beer of our Oud Bruin. It is a single-cask, which means that the beer is not a blend of different barrels, but comes completely from one barrel. Unlike the classic, it is also not blended with young beer. The Foederbier matured for 2 years in large wooden barrels of 40 or 50 HL. Foederbier has more hints of red fruit and is more soft on acidity. The aroma is fruity, woody with a hint of curry."
