Boerenerf Charent'euse 2024
29,95 €"This gueuze aged for an extra season in 250L cognac barrels.
Out of ten barrels, we selected only the five with the most pronounced cognac character. To develop complexity, we blended lambics from five different breweries.
The unique barrels enrich the Charent'euse with warm oak tones, a full body with depth, and subtle hints of vanilla. The lambic carries this character with robust elegance. The result is a rounded and fresh beer with
ageing potential — perfect with pâté, poultry, or hard cheeses. " -
La Malpolon Gardées II 2025
13,40 €"Funky saison, fruity and hoppy. 100% whole hop flowers, inspired by the technique used for one of our favorite begian beer (the one with two X) and our own touch brought by our own brett saison mix of yeasts."

3 Fonteinen x Harth+Harth -...
27,25 €Season 2023-2024 Assemblage #40. Bottled on 07/05/2024. Bottle Count 717. "For this small batch Druif, we macerated and matured a Portugieser grape lambik extensively on a used Oloroso barrel. Between the start of the maceration and the bottling passed almost 20 months. And the lambik we used for the blending was already more than 25 months as well. And then we blended with 4,5 years old lambics. The total weighted average age is 45 months upon bottling. The fruit intensity is 667 grams of grapes per litre of Druif. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
A few years ago, we started working with the most progressive low-intervention winemakers around Europe. Harth+Harth is a family-owned, Demeter-certified organic winery from Saulheim in the German wine region of Rheinhessen."
