De Mederie Oh La La La
8,31 €: 1"First edition of Oh la la la cider. Apples harvested in 2021. We went on a roadtrip to Normandy to get real ‘cider’ apples and picked locally apples in Belgium of old varieties. This dry cider was barrelaged in wine barrels that had mead or beer before and then they got sour berries (Red currant, blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, sour cherries, blueberries) added."

De la Senne Wadesda 9
3,97 €"An evolution of the very first Wadesda, a blend of Jambe-de-Bois and Cantillon lambic, making the Wadesda #9 a Tripel Saison: a stronger version of the original Saisons. She is amber in colour and has those typical characteristics of Lambic: woody with a strong funky nose of Brettanomyces, with quince and fallen apples. This is followed by white flowers, old kirsch and persimmon, and even a hint of curry leaves. A very winey character, as it should be! All of this blends perfectly with the classic aromas of tripels, like pears and bananas. Her strong alcohol percentage enhances her vinous qualities and gives a certain roundness to a finale that is quite dry and almost mineral. Intoxicating and complex, but refreshing and drinkable!"

Boon Gueuze Mariage Parfait...
6,37 €"Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!
The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime." -

19,97 €"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."

The sourness sings like a fiddler at dusk, lively and bright, while the barrel's kiss adds depth, warmth, and echoes of distant lands. Thus, the beer took on a name worthy of song: The Green Dragon Inn - a drink to rouse the heart, loosen the tongue, and remind all who sip it of home, hearth, and the road that ever goes on."

Pummeled perfectly by Centennial through the hot stage, followed then by a double intraconical post-fermentation treatment with Mosaic and Motueka. This new double dry hopped (Double India Pale Ale) clocks in at 8% ABV forever, super smoothly singing songs of ripe mango and peach rings, a hint of clementine bubblegum backed up by some sort of honeydew and lemongrass lollipop.
