13,97 €: 1"Brassée durant l'automne 2019, elle a ensuite maturé 16 mois en fut de chêne dans lesquels la flore de levures et de bactéries ont permis de développer une acidité naturelle et de délicats arômes vineux mis en avant par une effervescence légère. Enfin, la maturation se termine après 10 long mois supplémentaires passés en bouteilles.

A blend of L&L spontaneous fermentation beer with their Armagh Apple Juice blend of 50% Lord Lambourne, 20% Laxton Superb, 20% Katy & 10% of an unknown variety. This Graf cider blend co-fermented & evolved in neutral wine barrels for 18 months. Notes of Rosemary, Sage, Dried Black Limes & a hint of smokey Mezcal. Truly unique & pleasantly weird! Bottled on 18th April 2021."

Land & Labour Lustre - Apricot
23,25 €"Lustre - Apricot is a collaboration with our good friend Jordan Keeper. In July 2018 Jordan came to Galway & we brewed a Saison with a turbid mash, hopped heavily with HBC341 hops. It fermented & evolved in our foeder over 21 months with a mix of both of our house yeasts. In April 2020 we added 300 grams per litre of Apricots before bottling it on the 15th October 2020."

18,35 €"To celebrate our fifth anniversary, we proudly present the Eylenbosch Cuvée Jubilée. This exclusive Oude Gueuze has been carefully blended and bottled in a limited edition of only 777 magnum bottles and 2.222 75cl bottles. This beer originates mostly from our oldest foeder in which lambics from different barrels and foeders were blended and aged further together. The weighted average age is 3 years, with inclusion of our oldest lambic from our first brew in 2019 and our latest youngest lambic, to complete the circle for this unique beer."
