Blend of Saison and one year old lambic from De Troch.
Saison de coupage inspired by the ones made in the 19th Century. The base is a sain brewed with rustic cereals and blended with 2 YO lambic from Cantillon, this was then aged for a year in oak barrels before spending 6 months in the bottle.
Limited pack of 9 exclusive bottles including some nice blends with lambic, cider and even once including mead! The 9 bottles are: Gueuze, Framboos, Kers (cherries), Kriek (Sour cherries), Oude Cider, Symbiose (hybrid lambic, cider and mead), Cassis, Biet (Beetroot) and Kriek-Cider. Last items in stock
