Alvinne's Fellowship 2025...
€30.75: 4"Fellowship 2025 Ale No 3
Long did this brew rest in silent oak, where the memory of spirits lingers. One part is Cuvée de Mortagne, slumbering for four long years in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel. The other comes from mead of De Mederie, itself aged in a Heaven Hill bourbon cask, bearing the ancient sweetness of honey and the warmth of distant fire. Beer and mead were joined as companions on the same path, their strengths mingling as though sworn into fellowship." Last items in stock -
Alvinne's Fellowship 2025...
€28.75: 4"Fellowship 2025 Ale No 4
This ale is a noble blend of ancient brews, where Cuvee Sofie (aged almost 3 years on red wine barrels) meets Dorwinion (over 2.5 years on Tokaji barrels), united by the wild essence of sloeberries and mulberries." Last items in stock -
Alvinne's Fellowship 2025...
€30.75"Fellowship 2025 Ale No 5
This brew was shaped into a rare union of strength and elegance: a Cuvee de Mortagne Forte, aged for one year on a Sherry Cream cask, where sweetness and warmth intertwine into a regal elixir of 17%." Out of stock -
Alvinne's Fellowship 2025...
€28.75: 4"Fellowship 2025 Ale No 6
Rosie Cotton carries the richness of many gifts: a noble blend of three beers — Moenrye Tripel, aged in Sauternes barrels and macerated with quince, Cuvée Theo aged in an Aquavit cask, and Cuvée Per, aged in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape foeder and likewise macerated with quince. The result is a brew with a firm woody character from the barrel aging, embraced by a luscious fruitiness of quince." Last items in stock -
Alvinne's Felowship 2019 5...
€27.50: 1From Alvinne's Facebook: " It was supposed to be Barrels out of Bond, but a typo decided otherwise ??
This one is my absolute favorite. It's great in it's simplicity, yet so complex. A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells.
Oh, and about those Barrels out of B(l)ond, pretty sure many Fellows will love this story as well ... The Dwarves are captured by the Elves and brought before the Elven-king, but Bilbo evades discovery by using the Ring. The Dwarves refuse to tell Thranduil why they were in the forest, and are locked up in separate cells as a result. Bilbo, invisible, wanders Thranduil’s halls until hatching a plan. He discovers that barrels of wine, sent by the men of Lake-town, periodically enter the castle through an underground river, and the Elves return the empty barrels in the same manner. On the night of a great feast, he frees the Dwarves and loads them into empty barrels. He and the Dwarves then float up the river to a town of raft-elves, who then send the barrels on the way to Lake-town." Last items in stock
