Unfiltered Craft Lager

blond, bitter ale, famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is being made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been nationally and internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.
Only whole leaf hops are used

Gluten Free. "Our Italian pilsner is all about clean, harmonious flavours and outstanding drinkability. Classic base malts give just enough sweetness to balance against the hops, which are more prominent here than in other lager styles. Delicate floral and herbal aromas give way to light gooseberry notes and crisp, refreshing bitterness. Hops - Apollo, Saphir, Mittelfruh, Tettenang."

"In March 2023, Joël brewed and inoculated 20hl of classic pilsner must at the Mule brewery. We transferred it to a foeder equipped with a cooling system to ensure true bottom fermentation. In September 2023 , we participated in the harvest of Brussels hops, and dry-hopped our pils with 100% Brussels hops. At the beginning of 2024, after 10 months of fermentation and maturation in foeder, we put it in bottles and kegs. After 2 months of natural refermentation, this beer is now finally available for tasting. The taste is marked by the lager yeast esters, the vegetal aromas of fresh hops, and of course the wild notes of the foeder."

With a balanced malt character, dry finish and a slight funk edge from the wood aging. We are excited to experiment more with this style."

"Summer Lager with a Hoppy Bite - light and refreshing lager with under 3% alcohol perfect for summer barbecues, beach days, or city picnics. Fermented at low temperatures to preserve the clean, classic profile typical of bottom-fermented beers, it’s boldly seasoned with New Zealand hops in the form of Hop Kief extracts from the Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin varieties. The aroma is dominated by tropical dank notes (reminiscent of hemp) and fresh white grapes, all presented in a bright, clear, and enjoyable form. Low in alcohol, but full of character."
