Fair Isle Paulie
€ 20,91"PAULIE is an exploration of an English inspired pub beer subjected to the voracious appetite of our house culture of wild and feral yeasts and bacterias. Brewed with roasted and cara malts, Paulie departs from our typical saison grist profile - bringing you a whole new canvas of aromas and flavor notes. In the tradition of saisons, we recommend drinking this beer fresh."

De Ranke Hop Harvest 2022
€ 8,42"When the hop farmers start harvesting, we start brewing our Hop Harvest. The fresh, undried hop flowers are picked in the morning, and on the same day they are used in the Hop Harvest-brew, straight from the field. Because we use 'wet hops', the beer has a fresh, floral, and pleasantly bitter taste. By changing the recipe every year, the outcome is always a surprise. Drink this beer young if you can, that's when the wet hop shows of their floral character the most."

Bellwoods Grisette
€ 9,97"Grisette was the first of its kind to emerge at Hafis, earning the esteemed title of our very first beer fermented entirely in oak (aka The Foeder Pyramid™). It's a low ABV, refreshing sipper dry-hopped with French Strisselspalt hops (a variety that's as fun to say as it is delicious), that balances subtle brett, light acidity, and sky-high drinkability. The beer itself is dry and slightly acidic, with soft brett aromatics, and complementary herbal, floral, and citrus notes."

De la Senne / Allagash...
€ 3,33"ZENNEGASH is a collab with our friends—and excellent brewers—of Allagash Brewing Company from Portland, Maine in the USA. Little side note: the first ever collab we did was with them in 2011: the Very Spéciale Belge. We didn’t have to look far to find a name for the beer. We simply combined the two rivers we both owe our names to: the Allagash river, and our good old Zenne! This time we brewed a wheat beer (the specialty of Allagash!), dry hopped with both American and European hops. We made two versions: one bottled version, refermented with Brett-yeast, and one clean version in kegs."
