"Hard Graf is a collaboration with friends Hannah & Shane from Spontaneous Deuce. A blend of L&L spontaneous fermentation beer with their Armagh Apple Juice blend of 50% Lord Lambourne, 20% Laxton Superb, 20% Katy & 10% of an unknown variety. This Graf cider blend co-fermented & evolved in neutral wine barrels for 18 months. Notes of Rosemary, Sage, Dried Black Limes & a hint of smokey Mezcal. Truly unique & pleasantly weird! Bottled on 18th April 2021."

"The beer was created in collaboration with Zapiain Sagardoa. It was from our friends that we got fresh Basque apple juice two years ago. We combined it with our year-old mixed-fermentation saison, which was fermented on grape skins of the Muscaris strain. We then let it ferment together for two years. The result is a beer that combines the characteristics of natural dry ciders from the Basque Country, our mixed-fermentation Saison and the character of the Muscaris grape."

"Samen met de cidermakers van Druug sloegen we de handen in elkaar om een graf (cider-bierhybride) te maken. Een ware evenwichtsoefening om het beste uit beide dranken te tonen. We besloten om een blend te maken van een hoppige roggesaison van ons met een houtgelagerde cider van hen."

"We co-fermented this beer onto 300g/L of local and seasonal apples, then send it to rest for 18 months in barrels with our gang of bacterias. Then we finished it with another 100g/L of 2023 end of season apples. "
