In this way combining the best of two worlds, and able to please both beer and wine drinkers (a nearly impossible task...) This third batch consists of 25 Brunello barrels from Castello Banfi in Montalcino. Highly recommended with grilled red meat, old cheese and/or dark chocolate."

All malt barley wine aged for 6months in new oak barrels.

Aged on Puligny Montrachet Barrels for 2,5 years.

A blend of blond barrel-aged beers (finesse Pure Oak, Extase, Tous va bien, fresh passe partout (white maltport) dryhopped with First Gold and flavored with sweet woodruff.
